Return and Refund Policy

At Minnesota Telephone Networks, we stand behind the quality of our business telephone equipment and accessories. 

All products sold through our website are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

If a product becomes defective within the 1-year warranty period, customers may request either:

- A replacement product (if available), or

- A refund to the original payment method

Warranty coverage applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Return Authorization Process

Before returning any product, customers must contact us to obtain return authorization.

- Your order number or proof of purchase

- The product serial number (we can assist you in locating this if you have any trouble)

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Replacement Products

If a replacement unit is available, we may ship a replacement product after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished products of equal functionality and condition.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified or required by law. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. We may also provide a return label at no-charge depending on the circumstances. We ask that you package the return item carefully and to insure it arrives back to us free of damage.

Non-Warranty Situations

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

- Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or environmental conditions
