Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Minnesota Telephone Networks, we stand behind the products we sell and want our customers to purchase with confidence.

Standard Return Policy

Customers may return products for any reason within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be returned to us within 90 days of purchase

- The serial number on the returned item must match our sales records

- Customers must contact us before returning the item to obtain return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within three (3) business days.

1-Year Product Warranty

All products sold by Minnesota Telephone Networks include a one 1-year (365 days) limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If a product becomes defective within 365 days of purchase, customers may contact us for warranty service.

After verifying the issue and the product serial number, we will, at our discretion:

- Ship a direct replacement product, if available, or

- Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Non-Covered Situations

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation

- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

- Physical damage caused after delivery

- Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or environmental conditions

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
