    PERSONAL GUARANTEE

    The person purchasing on our website (hereinafter Customer), do hereby personally guarantee the performance of the said amount to be as "balance due" with regard to an agreement (hereinafter Agreement) by and between Customer and Minnesota Telephone Networks. 

     

    In the event that Customer fails to make any payment to Minnesota Telephone Networks, or fails to perform in any manner with regard to said Agreement between the two entities, the Guarantors do hereby promise to make all payments to Minnesota Telephone Networks in the same manner as if they were the principals of said Agreement.

     

    And furthermore, the Guarantors do hereby authorize and empower any attorney of any court of record of the state of Minnesota or elsewhere to appear for and to enter judgment against us, or any of us, in favor of Minnesota Telephone Networks for any sums due under the Agreement plus interest with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of execution, and with thirty-three and one-third percent (33 1/3%) as a reasonable attorney's fee, and the Guarantors hereby waive and release all benefit and relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or hereafter to be passed.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Minnesota Telephone Networks ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Minnesota Telephone Networks ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained before returning your purchase. Please contact web@mntelephone.com, or call 800-359-7733 (Option 4 for More information, then Option 1 for Shipping & Receiving) to obtain an RMA Number. 


    Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please keep all shipping material for 60 days after order is delivered. Items must be returned in like new and working condition and with their original packaging. All items are subject, at Minnesota Telephone Network's discretion, to a minimum 15% and maximum 40% restocking fee. 

    If you are returning an order for refund and you selected or received Free Shipping with your purchase, actual shipping charges will be converted to a shipping fee and deducted from your refund. If you paid shipping charges, these charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges on your return shipment. 

    Defective Materials

    If you receive an item from Minnesota Telephone Networks that does not work or stops working within 1-year of the date of sale, please contact us at 800-359-7733. We'll send an advanced replacement of the item that is defective at no charge to you.

    If we do not have direct replacement items, we may substitute a similar model of equal or better quality at no charge to you. If we do not have any direct or indirect replacement parts in stock, we'll refund your money in full and cover all shipping charges associated with the order.
